摘　　要：外科手术是治疗甲状腺疾病的主要治疗方式。而传统的开放性手术术后的美观性较差而且会造成较大的创伤,改良Miccoli手术作为一个新的手术方式,具有创伤小美观性较好的优点。本文就改良Miccoli手术的临床应用做一综述。Surgery is the main treatment for thyroid disease. While the traditional open surgery is poor in aesthetics and causes more trauma, the modified Miccoli surgery, as a new surgical method, has the advantage of less trauma and better aesthetics. This article reviews the clinical application of modi-fied Miccoli surgery.
