摘 要:为防止阿苯达唑等咪唑类抗虫药长期单一用药诱发棘球蚴的抗药性,随着现今生物分子材料学的不断发展,寻找新的候选防治策略已逐渐突显。研究显示,铁代谢在棘球蚴病的进展过程中有着不可忽视的影响,进行棘球蚴铁代谢相关研究,依据棘球蚴的铁代谢特点来设计靶点或改进药物递送方式,削弱病灶进展速度,或许可成为防治棘球蚴病的一种新的潜在有效治疗途径。因此,本文综述了近年来相关棘球蚴铁代谢的相关研究,为棘球蚴病防治的研究提供参考。In order to prevent the resistance of Echinococcus disease induced by the long-term single admin-istration of imidazole anthelmintic drugs such as albendazole, the search for new candidate control strategies has been gradually highlighted with the continuous development of biomolecular mate-rial science nowadays. Studies have shown that iron metabolism has a non-negligible impact on the progression of echinococcosis. So, research on iron metabolism of Echinococcosis and designing tar-gets or improving drug delivery based on iron metabolism of Echinococcosis may be the best way to prevent and control Echinococcosis .Therefore, the paper reviews the recent studies on iron metab-olism in Echinococcus disease to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment.
