摘　　要：心力衰竭是大部分心脏疾病的终末阶段,及时对病情评估及预后判断有重要意义,血乳酸水平与急重症的严重程度和不良预后密切相关。近年来,有研究证明血乳酸与心力衰竭患者的预后有关。在本文中,我们论述了乳酸和急性心力衰竭的相关性。Heart failure is the terminal stage of most heart diseases, and timely assessment and prognosis are of great significance, and blood lactate level is closely related to the severity and poor prognosis of acute and severe disease. In recent years, studies have shown that blood lactate is associated with the prognosis of patients with heart failure. In this paper, we discuss the association between lactic acid and acute heart failure.
