摘　　要：宫颈癌是常见的女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率呈上升趋势,严重影响女性生活质量,给患病个人、家庭甚至社会带来了严重负担。细胞周期蛋白D (Cyclin D)的异常表达对细胞周期的调控作用已经受到广泛认可,其在恶性肿瘤的发生、增殖、迁移、侵袭、转移中所参与的机制逐渐被研究发现。笔者就Cyclin D的分类、Cyclin D与细胞周期调控及Cyclin D在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用进行综述,旨在为宫颈癌相关研究提供参考。Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor of female reproductive system. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer has had an upward trend, which seriously affects the quality of women’s life and brings serious burden to the affected individuals, families and even society. The abnormal expres-sion of Cyclin D has been widely recognized for its regulatory effect on cell cycle, and its involvement in the occurrence, proliferation, migration, invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors has gradu-ally been discovered. We review the classification of Cyclin D, its relationship with cell cycle regula-tion, and its role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer, aiming to provide reference for research related to cervical cancer.
