颈夹脊穴在临床中常见的应用

摘　　要：颈夹脊穴位于颈椎棘突下旁开0.5寸,膀胱经与督脉之间,两经均为阳经,气血与阳气充足,夹脊穴可提供充分阳气,具有舒筋活络、活血化瘀、祛风散寒的功效,常用于治疗颈部疾病:颈源性眩晕、神经根型颈椎病、椎动脉型颈椎病,脑血管疾病:血管性痴呆、脑梗死后吞咽困难、脑梗死后眩晕、短暂性脑缺血发作,其他各类疾病如过敏性鼻炎、周围性面瘫、颈椎间盘突出等临床常见疾病。Neck Jiaji acupoint is located 0.5 inches below the cervical spine process, between the bladder me-ridian and the governor meridian. Both meridians are yang meridians, with sufficient qi and blood. Jiaji acupoint can provide sufficient yang qi and has the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis, dispelling wind and dispersing cold. It is commonly used to treat cervical diseases such as cervical vertigo, nerve root type cervical spon-dylosis, vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis, cerebrovascular diseases such as vascular de-mentia, difficulty swallowing after cerebral infarction, dizziness after cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attacks, and other common clinical diseases such as allergic rhinitis, peripheral facial pa-ralysis, cervical disc herniation, etc.
