摘　　要：随着时代发展,青年脑卒中的发病率逐年增加,其复发风险,预后情况,身体残疾等对家庭生活造成较大影响。本综述收集关于青年脑卒中风险因素的相关研究成果。分析发现:各种因素在青年脑卒中的发生发展过程中均起到重要作用,可能参与到细胞的损伤、炎症反应、血液凝固、血栓形成等。With the development of the times, the incidence rate of stroke in young people has increased year by year, and its recurrence risk, prognosis, physical disability, etc. have a greater impact on family life. This review collects relevant research findings on risk factors for stroke in young people. Out-comes: Various factors play an important role in the occurrence and development of stroke in young people, which may be involved in cell damage, inflammatory reactions, blood coagulation, throm-bosis, etc.
