摘　　要：尿路上皮癌在泌尿系恶性肿瘤中发病率很高,全身化疗是晚期或转移性尿路上皮癌的标准治疗方案。吉西他滨联合顺铂在治疗尿路上皮癌中是常见的一种化疗。但是,这个方案有很多不良反应。本文是为了探索吉西他滨联合顺铂的不良反应。Urothelial carcinoma has a very high morbidity in urinary malignancies. Systemic chemotherapy is the standard of treatment for advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma. Gemcitabine combined with cispaltin is a common chemotherapy in treating urothelial carcinoma. But, this solution has many adverse reactions. This paper is to evaluate the adverse reactions of gemcitabine combined with cispaltin.
