摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期患者外周血及胎盘组织中半乳糖凝集素3 (galectin-3, Gal-3)、半乳糖凝集素3结合蛋白(galectin-3 binding proteins, Gal-3BP)的表达及意义。方法:选取青岛大学附属医院收治的子痫前期患者30例为实验组,同期入院体检正常的孕妇30例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清Gal-3、Gal-3BP的浓度,经免疫组织化学法检测胎盘组织Gal-3、Gal-3BP的表达。采用Pearson双变量关联性分析法分析Gal-3、Gal-3BP与患者临床特征的相关性。结果:实验组外周血Gal-3、Gal-3BP水平均高于对照组(P < 0.05);实验组胎盘组织Gal-3、Gal-3BP的表达均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实验组外周血Gal-3、Gal-3BP浓度分别与平均动脉压、24小时尿蛋白呈正相关(P < 0.05)。结论:Gal-3和Gal-3BP可能与子痫前期的发病有关,或可成为预测子痫前期的生物标记物。Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of galectin-3 (Gal-3) and galectin-3 binding proteins (Gal-3BP) in peripheral blood and placental tissue of patients with preeclampsia patients. Methods: Thirty patients with preeclampsia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Univer-sity were selected as the experimental group, and 30 pregnant women admitted to the hospital with normal physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The concentration of serum Gal-3 and Gal-3BP was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the expression of Gal-3 and Gal-3BP in placental tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Pearson bivariate association analysis was used to analyze the correlation between Gal-3 and Gal-3BP and clinical characteristics of patients. Results: The levels of Gal-3 and Gal-3BP in peripher-al blood of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P < 0.05). The expressions of Gal-3 and Gal-3BP in placental tissues of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The concentrations of Gal-3 and Gal-3BP in the peripheral serum in the experimental group were positively correlated with mean arterial pressure and 24-hour urine protein (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Gal-3 and Gal-3BP may be asso-ciated with the onset of preeclampsia, or may be biomarkers for predicting preeclampsia.
