摘 要:简化调强(Simplified Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy, sIMRT)技术是在调强放疗技术基础上提出的一种放疗技术,其与三维适形放疗(3D imensional Conformal Radiation Therapy, 3DCRT)相比,有着更好的适形度及均匀度。与调强放疗(Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy, IMRT)相比,减少了总治疗时间,减轻了患者的经济负担,降低了机器损耗,具有其独特优势。本文综述基于简化调强技术与三维适形放疗、调强放疗等技术的剂量学以及控费降耗方面的对比,旨在证实sIMRT具备简易可行、性价比高和时效性好、在现行医保支付模式下具有一定优势等特点,为其在临床应用中提供选择依据。Simplified intensity modulated radiation therapy (sIMRT) is a radiotherapy technique proposed on the basis of intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). Compared with 3D imensional Conformal Ra-diation Therapy (3DCRT), it has better conformance and uniformity. Compared with intensi-ty-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), it reduces the total treatment time, the economic burden of the patients, the loss of the machine, with its unique advantage. Based on the comparison of dosim-etry and cost reduction of simplified intensity modulation technology with 3D conformal radio-therapy, intensity modulation radiotherapy and other technologies, this paper aims to prove that sIMRT is simple and feasible, cost-effective and time-efficient, and has certain advantages under the current medical insurance payment mode, so as to provide a selection basis for its clinical applica-tion.
