基于“因发知受”中医经典指导下的龙江医派寒地养生研究进展

摘　　要：本文将简单介绍龙江医派的起源,围绕龙江医派及中医养生学的相关理念,阐释了因发知受相关信息,其中包括内涵,思维方式,应用,以及实践方法。通过对“因发知受”理论来源及应用的梳理,结合养生学的相关概念,以黑龙江地域文化,饮食,生活习惯等诸多方面为背景,阐述了基于“因发知受”中医经典指导下的龙江医派寒地养生普及研究,并对传统中医养生的弊端进行分析,发现其存在的问题,并与寒地养生相比较,希望为后续的研究者提供一定的参考。This article will briefly introduce the origin of the Longjiang School of Medicine, and explain the relevant information of knowing and receiving due to the occurrence, including the connotation, mode of thinking, application, and practical methods, around the relevant concepts of the Longjiang School of Medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine regimen. By combing the source and ap-plication of the theory of “knowing and receiving from the source”, combining with the relevant concepts of health preservation, and taking Heilongjiang regional culture, diet, living habits and many other aspects as the background, this paper expounds the research on the popularization of health preservation in cold areas of the Longjiang School of Medicine under the guidance of the clas-sic Chinese medicine of “knowing and receiving from the source”, and analyzes the disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation, finds out its existing problems, and compares it with that in cold areas, I hope to provide some reference for the follow-up researchers.
