摘　　要：纤维结构不良(Fibrous dysplasia, FD),又称纤维异常增殖症,属于骨的肿瘤样变范畴,主要病变是由正常骨组织被有弹性的白色纤维组织所代替,纤维组织增殖导致正常的骨松质及骨髓组织,侵蚀并使骨质膨胀及骨小梁变形。其中影像图像对骨纤维结构不良有很重要诊断价值,本文主要对脊柱纤维结构不良影像诊断及鉴别进行综述。Fibrous dysplasia (FD) belongs to the category of bone tumorigenesis, the main lesion is the re-placement of normal bone tissue by elastic white fibrous tissue, fibrous tissue proliferation damag-es the normal bone cancellous and bone marrow tissue, erosion and expansion of bone and trabec-ular bone deformation. The image has a very important diagnostic value in osteofibrous dysplasia. This article mainly reviews on the spinal fibrous dysplasia image diagnosis and differentiation.
