摘　　要：本综述论文着重分析了胃大部切除术后发生胃瘫的危险因素,涵盖了不同学科领域的10文献。手术后胃肠功能相关研究表明保护胃肠功能在手术过程中至关重要,中医辨证等治疗手段对改善胃肠功能紊乱有积极效果。结直肠息肉与胃息肉关联研究强调了多因素联合分析在预测胃瘫风险中的潜在价值。急性胃穿孔与治疗效果研究关注了不同手术方法对胃功能恢复的影响,尤其是胃大部分切除术后患者的康复情况。胃癌及相关并发症研究揭示了胃癌术后患者面临的并发症风险,其中包括胃瘫等消化系统功能障碍。其他疾病与胃病研究的关联则展示了全身多系统疾病对胃功能的影响,提出了整体治疗的重要性。通过这些文献的分析,本研究为胃大部切除术后可能导致胃瘫的危险因素提供了一个广泛的视角,旨在帮助临床医生更好地预防和管理这一并发症。This review paper focuses on the analysis of risk factors for gastroparesis following subtotal gastrectomy, covering 10 papers across various disciplinary fields. Studies on postoperative gastrointestinal function emphasize the importance of preserving gastric-intestinal function during surgery, with traditional Chinese medicine differentiation therapy showing positive effects in improving gastrointestinal dysfunction. The research on the association between colorectal polyps and gastric polyps highlights the potential value of multifactorial analysis in predicting the risk of gastroparesis. Studies on acute gastric perforation and treatment outcomes focus on the impact of different surgical methods on the recovery of gastric function, especially the rehabilitation of patients after subtotal gastrectomy. Research on gastric cancer and related complications reveals the risk of complications faced by postoperative gastric cancer patients, including gastroparesis and other digestive system dysfunctions. The association between other diseases and gastric conditions demonstrates the impact of systemic multisystem diseases on gastric function, advocating the importance of holistic treatment. Through the analysis of these documents, this research provides a broad perspective on the potential risk factors that may lead to gastroparesis after subtotal gastrectomy, aiming to assist clinicians in better preventing and managing this complication.
