摘　　要：双相情感障碍是一类临床常见的精神疾病,发病机制尚不明确,目前诊断主要依靠患者临床症状。前期无躁狂表现时易误诊为抑郁障碍。静息态功能磁共振成像是一种基于血氧水平依赖神经成像技术的非侵入性检查手段。局部一致性是一种常用的rs-fMRI数据分析方法,可有效反映局部大脑功能活动,也反映了患者情感症状的严重程度。目前已经广泛应用于精神障碍相关的研究中。故本文就双相障碍患者静息态脑功能局部一致性的研究进展做一系统综述。Bipolar disorder is a common clinical mental illness, and its pathogenesis is not yet clear. Currently, diagnosis mainly relies on the patient’s clinical symptoms. When there are no signs of mania in the early stage, it is easy to be misdiagnosed as depressive disorder. Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging is a non-invasive examination method based on blood oxygen level dependent neuroimaging technology. Local consistency is a commonly used rsfMRI data analysis method, which can effectively reflect local brain functional activity and also reflect the severity of emotional symptoms in patients. It has been widely applied in research related to mental disorders. Therefore, this article provides a systematic review of the research progress on the local consistency of resting state brain function in patients with bipolar disorder.
