摘　　要：黑色素瘤是由黑色素细胞无调节的克隆生长而引起的,常见于皮肤,亦见于粘膜、眼脉络膜等部位,早期易发生血道和淋巴道转移,恶性程度高且预后差。该病的病因复杂,被认为是由遗传易感性和环境暴露相互作用的结果。近年来除了外科手术外,靶向治疗、免疫检查点抑制剂迅速成为黑色素瘤的研究热点。Melanoma is caused by unregulated clonal growth of melanocytes, which is common in the skin, mucous membrane, choroid and other parts of the eye. It is prone to hematogenous and lymphatic metastasis in the early stage, with a high degree of malignancy and poor prognosis. The etiology of the disease is complex, which is considered to be the result of the interaction between genetic susceptibility and environmental exposure. In recent years, in addition to surgery, targeted therapy and immune checkpoint inhibitors have rapidly become the research focus of melanoma.
