摘　　要：代谢重编程(metabolic reprogramming)是肿瘤的特征之一。本文针对肿瘤细胞中糖代谢、脂质代谢、氨基酸代谢、核苷酸代谢四种代谢类型进行综述。同时,我们阐述了特殊代谢产物在肿瘤中的变化及其调控机制,以更深入地认识肿瘤的代谢特点及其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展。Metabolic reprogramming is one of the characteristics of tumors. In this paper, four metabolic types of glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism and nucleotide metabolism in tumor cells were reviewed. At the same time, we discussed the changes of special metabolites in tumor and their regulatory mechanisms in order to further understand the characteristics of tumor metabolism and the research progress in tumor therapy.
