摘 要:早发现、早诊断、早治疗是恶性肿瘤诊疗的关键。恶性肿瘤诊疗技术朝着原子、分子等方向发展,肿瘤患者生存期延长、生活质量提高,但对于恶性肿瘤的诊疗仍在积极探索新的道路。而纳米生物技术的出现,为恶性肿瘤的诊断及治疗提供新的方法及手段,其具有高灵敏度、特异性等,因此利用其特性用于药物递送、分子成像等方面诊疗恶性肿瘤。本文就药物递送、分子成像及生物标志物图谱、调控肿瘤微环境等方面论述纳米生物技术在恶性肿瘤中的进展,并展望其对恶性肿瘤诊疗的临床应用的挑战。Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are the keys to cancer diagnosis and treatment. The development of cancer treatment technology towards atomic and molecular directions has prolonged the survival period and improved the quality of life of tumor patients, but the treatment of malignant tumors is still actively exploring new paths. The emergence of nanobiotechnology has provided new methods and means for the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, and with its high sensitivity and specificity, its characteristics are used for drug delivery and molecular imaging to treat malignant tumors. This paper discusses the progress of nanobiotechnology in malignant tumors in terms of drug delivery, molecular imaging, and biomarker mapping, and regulation of tumor microenvironment, and looks forward to the challenges of its clinical application for malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment.
