摘　　要：一个细胞吞噬另一个细胞的“细胞套叠结构(CICs)”现象在癌症研究中引起了极大的兴趣,特别是在肝癌免疫治疗中。在这种情况下,细胞间相互作用不仅仅是物理吞噬,更是反映了一个复杂的生物学过程。了解其具体机制不仅可以揭示新的癌症演变过程还可以为解决CICs与癌症相互作用而产生的耐药性的新治疗策略铺平道路。本文对CICs及其在肝癌免疫治疗中的研究现况做简要综述。The phenomenon of “cell-in-cell” (CICs) in which one cell phagocytose another has aroused great interest in cancer research, especially in the immunotherapy of liver cancer. In this case, the interaction between cells is not just physical phagocytosis, but reflects a complex biological process. Understanding the mechanism can not only reveal new processes of cancer evolution, but also pave the way for new therapeutic strategies to address drug resistance generated by CICs-cancer interactions. This article briefly reviews the research status of CICs and its application in the immunotherapy of liver cancer.
