摘  要:近年来随着各种神经影像检查技术以及影像数据处理技术的飞速发展,对癫痫的影像学研究也逐渐深入,认为癫痫是一种脑网络疾病,发现癫痫患者脑网络结构和功能的异常与癫痫发作程度密切相关。颞叶癫痫是难治性癫痫最常见的临床类型,也是研究的重要类型。本文为了对颞叶癫痫的脑网络有进一步的了解,为临床诊断提供更加有力的影像学依据,综述如下。In recent years, with the rapid development of various neuroimaging techniques and image data processing techniques, the imaging research on epilepsy has gradually deepened. It is believed that epilepsy is a brain network disease, and it is found that the abnormal structure and function of brain network in epilepsy patients are closely related to the degree of epilepsy. Temporal lobe epilepsy is the most common clinical type of refractory epilepsy, and it is also an important type of research. In order to further understand the brain network of temporal lobe epilepsy and provide a more powerful imaging basis for clinical diagnosis, this article summarizes as follows.
