摘　　要：视网膜病变是非典型帕金森综合征疾病的研究热点之一。视功能障碍及视网膜改变可能成为特异性生物学标志物,有利于疾病的鉴别与诊疗。文中就多系统萎缩、进行性核上性麻痹的视觉特征及视网膜病变的相关研究作综述。Retinopathy is one of the research hotspots of atypical parkinsonism diseases. Visual dysfunction and retinal changes may become specific biological markers, which are conducive to the identification and diagnosis and treatment of diseases. This paper reviews the visual features and retinopathy of multiple system atrophy and progressive supranuclear palsy.
