摘　　要：CCP是一种常见的男性泌尿生殖系统畸形,新生儿发病率可达3.7%。在临床上常表现为鸟嘴状或烟斗样外观,外形较同龄人小。患者可出现龟头炎、排尿困难、阴茎癌以及心理障碍等问题。外科手术是治疗CCP的主要治疗方式。本文对CCP诊治现状及最新进展进行综述。CCP is a common male genitourinary malformation with a neonatal incidence of up to 3.7%. Clinically, it often presents with a bird’s beak or pipe-like appearance, and is smaller in appearance than its peers. Patients may present with balanitis, dysuresia, penile cancer, and psychological disorders. Surgery is the main treatment for CCP. This article summarizes the current situation and the latest progress of CCP diagnosis and treatment.
