摘　　要：本文基于《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》,并结合后世医家主要观点探讨李东垣笔下“阴火”产生的机理及治疗。阴火形成的关键为脾胃气虚,清阳不升。治疗除了脏腑虚实补泻外,更应重视恢复人体气机的升降浮沉。This article is based on the book of “Pi Wei Lun” and the “Nei Wai Shang Bian Huo Lun”, combined with the main viewpoints of later medical experts, to explore the mechanism and treatment of “Yin Fire” as described by Li Dongyuan. The key to the formation of Yin Fire lies in Spleen-Stomach Qi deficiency and failure of clear Yang to ascend. In addition to treating visceral deficiency or excess, more attention should be paid to restoring the ascending-descending movement of qi in the human body.
