摘　　要：本病例报告了一例罕见病例,回肠嵌顿于左侧闭孔伴坏死穿孔。闭孔疝如果诊疗延迟,会导致严重并发症,甚至死亡,因此需要紧急诊治。为帮助临床医生提高对闭孔疝的诊疗意识,本文结合文献探讨了闭孔疝的诊疗进展。This case reports a rare case of ileal impaction with necrotic perforation in the left obturator foramen. If the diagnosis and treatment of obturator hernia are delayed, it can lead to serious complications and even death, so urgent diagnosis and treatment are needed. To help clinical doctors improve their awareness of the diagnosis and treatment of obturator hernia, this article explores the progress of diagnosis and treatment of obturator hernia based on literature.
