The contents of ovarian teratomas can be formed by tissues from two or three germ layers, including skin and its appendages, hair, teeth, nerves, fat, bones, etc. Although theoretically, these components can come from any germ layer, teratomas that fully contain various tissues are rare in practice. This article reports a special case of a female patient with Meniere’s syndrome, hypertension, obesity, and type II diabetes. Ultrasound imaging suggested an ovarian teratoma, and after surgical treatment, the teratoma was found to contain skin, hair, bones, teeth, and thyroid tissue.
