摘　　要：29岁女性患者因“发现血糖升高1年余,反复乏力1年”入院。实验室检查提示血糖偏高、低钾血症、低镁血症。SLC12A3基因Sanger测序诊断为Gitelman综合征。经降糖、补钾、补镁等治疗后病情稳定出院。A 29-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital for “high blood glucose for more than 1 year,repeated weakness for 1 year”. Laboratory examination showed high blood glucose, hypokalemia and hypomagnesemia. Sanger sequencing in SLC12A3 gene was diagnosed with Gitelman syndrome. After treatment with anti-hyperglycemia, potassium and magnesium supplementation, the patient was discharged in a stable condition.
