摘　　要：肺癌是我国及世界各国发病率和死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤之一,非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)占肺癌80%~85%,18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-fluorode-oxyglucose, 18F-FDG)正电子发射计算机断层显像仪(positron emission tomography and computed tomography, PET/CT),可以反映病灶的代谢状态信息,推动NSCLC临床诊疗,发挥着不可忽视的作用。本文就PET/CT在非小细胞肺癌中的应用价值进行综述。Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with high morbidity and mortality in China and other countries in the world, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 80%~85% of lung cancer, 18F-fluorode-oxyglucose(18F-FDG)positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT) can reflect the metabolic status information of the lesion and promote the clinical diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC, playing an important role. This article reviews the application value of PET/CT in non-small cell lung cancer.
