摘　　要：“泻南补北”是难经之中治疗肝实肺虚的一种特殊治疗方法,“泻南补北”法在肝癌的治疗上有待研究,中医在肿瘤的治疗上仍要坚持勤求古训,融会贯通。通过对“泻南补北法”的历史渊源,分析其中的精要理法,揭示其在肝癌治疗的联系,为肝癌中医治疗提供新的思路和方法。“Draining the south and supplementing the north” is a special treatment method in the treatment of liver deficiency and lung deficiency. “Draining the south and supplementing the north” method needs to be studied in the treatment of liver cancer. Based on the historical origin of the method of “draining the south and supplementing the north”, this paper analyzes its essential principles and reveals its connection in the treatment of liver cancer, and provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of liver cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
