摘  要:目的:探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光与重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)治疗面部瘢痕的疗效。方法:随机选取80例面部瘢痕患者。分为对照组(n = 40,595 nm激光治疗)与研究组(n = 40,595 nm激光治疗联合rhEGF),对比两组瘢痕面积、瘢痕愈合情况及评分、满意度。结果:研究组在瘢痕面积、结痂与痂皮脱落时间、创面愈合时间、瘢痕上的评分均显著低于对照组(P Objective: To investigate the efficacy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF) in the treatment of facial scars. Methods: A total of 80 patients with facial scars were randomly selected and divided into a control group (n = 40, treated with 595 nm laser alone) and a study group (n = 40, treated with 595 nm laser combined with rhEGF). The scar area, scar healing status, scar score, and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The study group showed significantly lower scar area, shorter scab and eschar shedding time, faster wound healing time, and lower scar scores compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, patient satisfaction was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of 595 nm pulsed dye laser and rhEGF exhibits remarkable efficacy in the treatment of facial scars, promoting wound healing, reducing scar area, and improving facial scar conditions.
