摘　　要：目的:探讨rTMS分别联合盐酸帕罗西汀片和盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片对改善抑郁症的临床疗效,为优化抑郁症治疗方案提供依据。方法:选取2023年1月1日~2023年9月30日就诊于吉林市第六人民医院确诊为抑郁症的住院患者98名,入组患者依据不同治疗分案进行分组:rTMS + 帕罗西汀组及帕罗西汀组、rTMS + 度洛西汀组及度洛西汀组。统计分析各组患者组间及组内HAMD量表评分及有效率;当P P P P = 0.044)。联合rTMS可提升治疗有效率17.40%。收集rTMS + 度洛西汀组及度洛西汀组两组患者入院当天(0天)、入院1周、2周、3周HAMD评分。统计分析结果显示,两组患者治疗后HAMD评分均存在3周连续性下降;且都存在组内差异(F = 56.946, P P P Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of rTMS combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets and duloxetine hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets in improving depression respectively, and to provide a basis for optimizing the treatment of depression. Methods: A total of 98 inpatients diagnosed with depression in Jilin Sixth People’s Hospital from January 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 were enrolled, and the enrolled patients were divided into different treatment groups: rTMS + paroxetine group and paroxetine group, rTMS + duloxetine group and duloxetine group.
