摘　　要：柴胡类方作为《伤寒论》中的一类经典方剂,近年来被综合应用于肺癌的治疗,具有促进抗肿瘤、促进肺癌术后恢复以及改善肺癌相关不良反应的功效。本文综述了相关柴胡类方中小柴胡汤、柴胡桂枝干姜汤以及柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤在治疗非小细胞肺癌时的研究进展,以期为中医药探索肺癌防治提供新思路。As one of the classic formulas in the Treatise on Typhoid Fever, Chaihu-like formulas have been comprehensively applied to the treatment of lung cancer in recent years, with the efficacy of promoting anti-tumor, facilitating postoperative recovery from lung cancer, and ameliorating the adverse reactions associated with lung cancer. This article reviews the research progress of Xiao Chaihu Decoction, Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction, and Chaihu Long Bone Oyster Decoction in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, with a view to providing new ideas for traditional Chinese medicine to explore the prevention and treatment of lung cancer.
