摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因复杂、极易复发的非特异性炎症性疾病。本文介绍1例运用补中益气汤加减治疗的病案,阐释其中气下陷的病机,提出柔肝补中的治法,旨在提高疗效、指导临床。Ulcerative colitis is a non-specific inflammatory disease with complex etiology and easy recurrence. This article introduces a case of using Buzhong Yiqi Decoction with modifications for treatment, explains the pathogenesis of qi sinking, and proposes a treatment method of softening the liver and tonifying the middle, aiming to improve the efficacy and guide clinical practice.
