摘  要:恶性肿瘤的发病率与死亡率持续攀升,该病症已成为引发慢性非传染性疾病死亡的重要因素之一。当前,针对此类疾病的治疗措施尚存局限。二甲双胍作为一种药物,已证实能够降低2型糖尿病患者罹患肿瘤的风险,并且初步展现出在减少肿瘤复发、转移及死亡方面的潜力。此外,二甲双胍在抗肿瘤领域的潜在应用也日益受到关注,其效用可能与细胞能量代谢的调控机制密切相关。本文将从能量代谢的视角切入,深入探讨二甲双胍在肿瘤治疗中的应用及其潜在的抗肿瘤作用机制。The incidence and mortality rate of malignant tumors continue to rise, and this disease has become one of the important factors causing death from chronic non-infectious diseases. Currently, treatment measures for such diseases still have limitations. Metformin, as a drug, has been shown to reduce the risk of developing tumors in patients with type 2 diabetes and has initially demonstrated its potential in reducing tumor recurrence, metastasis and death. In addition, the potential application of metformin in the anti-tumor field has also attracted increasing attention, and its effectiveness may be closely related to the regulatory mechanism of cellular energy metabolism. This article will explore in depth the application of metformin in tumor treatment and its potential anti-tumor mechanism from the perspective of energy metabolism.
