摘　　要：失眠障碍是一种严重影响身心健康的常见慢性疾病,主要症状包括入睡困难、睡眠维持困难和早醒等。目前磁共振成像在失眠障碍中广泛应用。故本综述旨在通过整合现有已发表的研究报道,阐明失眠障碍患者脑网络功能的异常,以及未来研究应进一步探索脑网络异常与失眠障碍的关系,为深入理解失眠障碍的发病机制以及开发新的治疗策略提供理论依据。Insomnia disorder is a common chronic disease that severely affects physical and mental health, with main symptoms including difficulty falling asleep, difficulty maintaining sleep, and early awakening. Magnetic resonance imaging is widely used in the study of insomnia disorder. Therefore, this review aims to integrate existing published research reports to clarify the abnormalities in brain network function in patients with insomnia disorder, and future studies should further explore the relationship between brain network abnormalities and insomnia disorder, providing a theoretical basis for a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis of insomnia disorder and the development of new therapeutic strategies.
