摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道平滑肌瘤的诊断及治疗。方法:汇报1例陕西省人民医院妇科诊治的阴道平滑肌瘤的病例,分析其临床资料、影像学检查及治疗。并进行文献复习及总结。结果:阴道平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的平滑肌瘤,只有少数病例被报道,缺乏发病率统计,目前主要通过个案报道文献了解该疾病,随着妇科临床医生对阴道平滑肌瘤认识的提高,检查和治疗方法逐渐多样化。其中,经阴道超声检查是阴道平滑肌瘤的首选检查方法,经阴道子宫肌瘤切除术是常用的治疗方案,本例阴道平滑肌瘤患者经阴道行肌瘤切除术,术后随访3个月,未见复发。结论:阴道平滑肌瘤发病率低,首选手术治疗,经阴道行肌瘤切除术是经典的治疗方法。Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of vaginal leiomyoma. Methods: A case of vaginal leiomyoma diagnosed and treated by Gynecology Department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital was reported. The clinical data, imaging examination and treatment were analyzed. And the literature was reviewed and summarized. Results: Vaginal leiomyoma is a rare leiomyoma, only a few cases have been reported, lacking incidence statistics. At present, the disease is mainly understood through case reports and literatures. With the improvement of gynecological clinicians’ understanding of vaginal leiomyoma, the methods of examination and treatment are gradually diversified. Among them, transvaginal ultrasonography is the preferred examination method for vaginal leiomyoma, and transvaginal myomectomy is a commonly used treatment plan. In this case, the patient with vaginal leiomyoma underwent transvaginal myomectomy and was followed up for 3 months after surgery, and no recurrence was found. Conclusion: The incidence of vaginal leiomyoma is low, the first choice of surgical treatment, vaginal myomectomy is the classic treatment.
