摘　　要：目的:分析经腹腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗对肾上腺肿瘤并高血压患者血压改善情况及不良反应的影响。方法:将2010年1月~2018年5月凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院实施开放性手术治疗的44例肾上腺肿瘤并高血压患者设为对照组,同时将2018年6月~2023年6月凉山彝族自治州第二人民医院实施腹腔镜切除术治疗的66例肾上腺肿瘤并高血压患者设为研究组,评测两组患者病理类型、血压控制效果和生活质量评分改善情况以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组血压改善水平明显比对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P 2 = 3.914, P = 0.048)。结论:经腹腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术治疗更有利于改善肾上腺肿瘤并高血压患者血压水平,且可以减少开放性手术引起的不良反应。Objective: To analyze the effect of transabdominal laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection on the improvement of blood pressure and adverse reactions in patients with adrenal tumors and hypertension. Methods: A total of 44 patients with adrenal tumors and hypertension who underwent open surgery in The Second People’s Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture from January 2010 to May 2018 were selected as the control group. At the same time, 66 patients with adrenal tumors and hypertension who underwent laparoscopic resection in the Second People’s Hospital of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture from June 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the study group to evaluate the pathological type, blood pressure control effect, improvement of quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients. Results: The blood pressure improvement in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group, and all quality of life scores of the study group were better than that of the control group (P 2 = 3.914, P = 0.048).
