摘　　要：川崎病(Kawasaki disease, KD)是一种病因不明且发病机制尚不清楚的一种疾病,又被称为粘膜皮肤淋巴结综合征,其典型特征是急性系统性血管炎,主要发生在5岁以下儿童。患有该疾病的患者大多数预后良好,但由于其远期对心血管的严重损伤,使得我们不得不对KD进行特别关注。Kawasaki disease (KD) is a disease with unknown etiology and pathogenesis, also known as mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome, which is typically characterized by acute systemic vasculitis, mainly in children under 5 years of age. Most patients with this disease have a good prognosis, but we have to pay special attention to KD because of its serious long-term cardiovascular damage.
