摘　　要：SCI是一个严重的公共卫生问题,目前缺乏有效的治疗方法。巨噬细胞极化在SCI修复中起着关键作用,而miRNA对巨噬细胞极化的调节为SCI治疗提供了新的思路。该综述总结了该领域的最新研究进展,有助于研究者更好地理解SCI的病理机制,并为开发新的治疗策略提供参考。Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a serious public health problem, and currently there is a lack of effective treatment methods. Macrophage polarization plays a crucial role in SCI repair, and the regulation of macrophage polarization by miRNA provides new ideas for SCI treatment. This review summarizes the latest research progress in this field, which helps researchers better understand the pathological mechanism of SCI and provides references for the development of new treatment strategies.
