摘　　要：加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的“新发展格局”,是党中央做出的重大战略构想,是“十四五”期间乃至今后一个较长时期的经济发展战略和路径的重大调整和完善,是国家的长期发展战略,通过运用马克思主义哲学原理来分析和研究“新发展格局”,对于从全局高度准确把握和积极推进“新发展格局”战略具有重要意义,对于站在新时代新阶段不断推进社会主义现代化国家建设奠定了坚实的基础。Accelerating the construction of a “new development pattern” with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international dual cycles promoting each other is a major strategic concept made by the Party Central Committee. The major adjustment and improvement of strategies and paths is the country’s long-term development strategy. Analyzing and studying the “new development pattern” by using the principles of Marxist philosophy is of great significance for accurately grasping and actively promoting the “new development pattern” strategy from an overall perspective. It has laid a solid foundation for the continuous advancement of the construction of a socialist modern country in the new era and new stage.
