健康正义的生成逻辑、现实困境与实践指向

摘　　要：对人类生命健康的追求促使对社会正义反思延伸至健康领域。健康正义在人类未有之大变局之际展现出更为深刻的伦理意蕴。健康正义基于人类对健康权利和社会正义的耦合性追求,在“自然”与“非自然”状态的矛盾实践中历经从“自觉”到“自在”的转变,是构建人类卫生健康共同体的伦理价值基础,为人类共存共生的命运体系提供价值前提。资本主义政治权力体系与健康正义理念天然相悖,因为资本优先的价值错位决定其所追求的必然是“适者生存”而非“健康正义”。中国倡导的“构建人类卫生健康共同体”理念为解决健康非正义问题提供了实践伦理路径。健康正义作为全人类共同生存的前提条件对推动人类卫生健康共同体,进而推动人类命运共同体的构建与践行具有重要意义。The pursuit of human life and health has prompted reflection on social justice to extend to the field of health. Health justice has demonstrated a more profound ethical connotation at a time of unprecedented change for humankind. Health justice is based on the coupled pursuit of human beings’ right to health and social justice and has gone through the transformation from “consciousness” to “self-consciousness” in the contradictory practice of “natural” and “unnatural” states. It is the ethical value foundation for the construction of a human health community and provides the value premise for the coexistence and coexistence destiny system of human beings. The capitalist political power system is naturally contrary to the concept of health justice because the misplaced value of capital’s priority determines that what it pursues is inevitable “survival of the fittest” rather than “health justice”. The concept of “building a community of human health” advocated by China provides a practical and ethical path for solving the problem of health injustice. Health justice, as a prerequisite for the survival of all human beings, is of great significance to the promotion of a human health community, and thus to the construction and practice of a community of human destiny.
