摘  要:哈贝马斯基于他对全球发展变化的理解和把握希望建构一个宪法爱国主义的多元民族国家,形成一种世界公民理性以实现全球性的交流等。其中强调参与者之间的平等、真诚、理性和互相理解,旨在创造一个不受任何扭曲因素影响的纯粹沟通情境的交往原则是这一政治构想得以成立的理论基础与主要内容。但其严苛的规则与极具理想化的目标让人们对这一设想的现实可行性产生了巨大争论。而这一政治构想中所要达成的现实建构与理论基础之间可能存在着的不协调可能就是导致其现实可行性很低的原因,因为哈贝马斯设置的理论基础即交往原则兼具现实即时应用性、民族国家成立的前提基础地位与极强理想指向性、理论规范性,即民族国家的成立基础同时是民族国家的理想目标,逻辑与时间上的不协调也就此产生。Based on his understanding and grasp of global development and change, Habermas hoped to construct a pluralistic nation-state with constitutional patriotism, and to form a kind of world civic rationality in order to realize global communication and so on. The principle of interaction, which emphasizes equality, sincerity, rationality, and mutual understanding among the participants, and aims to create a purely communicative situation free from any distorting factors, is the theoretical basis and main content of this political conception. However, its strict rules and highly idealized goals have created a great deal of controversy about the practicality of this vision. The possible incongruity between the practical construction and the theoretical foundation of this political conception may be the reason for its low practical feasibility, because the theoretical foundation set by Habermas, i.e., the principle of interaction, combines the practical and immediate application of the principle of interaction, the prerequisite status of the formation of the nation-state, and the strong idea
