摘　　要：爱在人们生活中占据了重要位置,对“爱”这一主题的充分研究能够促进人与人之间和谐相处以及使社会充满爱。艾瑞克·弗洛姆作为德国带有犹太教头衔的著名人本主义哲学家和精神分析心理学家,他对爱的理论研究具有独特的风格和意义。弗洛姆在对爱的理论研究中创造性地提出了“爱四要素说”,即关心、尊重、责任、认识,显然这四个要素带有伦理学色彩,其构成了弗洛姆独特的爱的思维逻辑。此外,在《爱的艺术》这本书中,弗洛姆认为爱的本质是给予而非接受,是对人类生存问题的基本回答。关于弗洛姆爱的阐述,有助于帮助人们树立正确的思想观念、促进人际关系和谐发展和构建良好的社会秩序。Love occupies an important place in people’s lives, and a thorough study of the theme of “love” can promote harmony among people and a society full of love. As a famous German humanistic philosopher and psychoanalytic psychologist with the title of Judaism, Erik Fromm’s theoretical research on love has a unique style and significance. In his theoretical study of love, Fromm creatively put forward the “four elements of love”, namely, care, respect, responsibility, and awareness, which obviously have ethical coloring and constitute Fromm’s unique logic of thinking about love. In addition, in the book The Art of Love, Fromm believes that the essence of love is giving rather than receiving, which is the basic answer to the question of human existence. The elaboration on Fromm’s love can help people to establish correct ideological concepts, promote the harmonious development of interpersonal relationships and build a good social order.
