摘　　要：在现阶段中学生群体中,心理健康状况问题逐渐引起广泛关注。许多在校中学生反映其受学业压力大、课外时间短、亲子关系淡漠等心理问题的困扰。心理健康问题由来已久,但收效甚微。本文采用问卷调查法及访谈法,在大量的问卷数据以及深度的访谈中深入了解当代中学生的内心真实想法。本研究分析发现,社会环境因素、学校因素、家庭因素、个人因素是中学生心理健康问题的主要成因,在积极探索中学生心理健康问题的解决路径之后,本文提出了从根本上解决中学生心理健康问题的应对措施。In middle school students at this stage, the problem of mental health has gradually aroused widespread concern. Many middle school students report that they are troubled by psychological problems such as high academic pressure, short extracurricular time and indifferent parent-child relationship. Mental health problems have a long history, but little effect has been achieved. This paper adopts questionnaire and interview methods to deeply understand the real thoughts of contemporary middle school students through a large number of questionnaire data and in-depth interviews. The analysis of this study found that social environment factors, school factors, family factors, and personal factors are the main causes of the mental health problems of middle school students. After actively exploring the ways to solve the mental health problems of middle school students, this paper proposed countermeasures to fundamentally solve the mental health problems of middle school students.
