摘 要:中华民族伟大复兴需要中国传统文化重建人们的内心力量。本研究从传统文化心理学与积极心理学整合对比研究的视角,探讨君子人格与主观幸福感的关系及其内在机制。结果表明:1) 君子人格正向显著预测主观幸福感和生活满意度;2)“诚”在君子人格与主观幸福感及君子人格与生活满意度关系间均起部分中介作用,君子人格能通过增强个体“诚”,进而增强其生活满意度与主观幸福感;3) 君子人格影响生活满意度时,未来时间观、积极的过去时间观、享乐的现在时间观的调节作用显著,另外积极过去时间观能增强“诚”的中介效应,而享乐的现在时间观减弱“诚”的中介效应;4) 君子人格影响主观幸福感指数时,时间观调节作用不显著,真实性的中介作用也不受时间观的调节作用,但是发现君子人格经过宿命的现在时间观和真实性的链式中介作用正向预测主观幸福感。A great revitalization of the Chinese nation needs Chinese traditional culture to rebuild people’s inner strength. From the perspective of integrating and contrasting traditional culture psychology and positive psychology, this study explores the relationship between Junzi personality and subjective well-being and its internal mechanism. The results showed that: 1) Junzi personality significantly and positively predicted subjective well-being and life satisfaction. 2) “Authenticity” partially mediates the relationship between Junzi personality and subjective well-being, and between Junzi personality and life satisfaction. Junzi personality can enhance individual’s life satisfaction and subjective well-being by enhancing their “Authenticity”. 3) As Junzi personality affects life satisfaction, these effects were significantly moderated by Future TP and Past Positive TP and Present Hedonistic TP. In addition, the Past Positive TP can enhance the mediating effect of Authenticity, while the Present Hedonistic TP can weaken the mediating effect of Authenticity. 4) As Junzi affects subjective well-being index, the moderating effect of Time Perspective is not significant, and the mediating effect of authenticity is not moderated by any Time Perspective. However, it found that Junzi personality positively predicts happiness through the chain mediating effects of Present Fatalistic TP and Authenticity.
