论马斯洛需要层次理论与王阳明《大学问》的相通性

摘　　要：人本主义心理学家马斯洛的五个需要层次理论,在现代的运用是非常广泛的,目前对于这一心理学理论的研究也是基于很多角度,例如对于如何利用这一理论更好促进教育的实施;如何利用这一理论激发各团队成员的积极性;这一理论对农村治理的指导作用以及在医学中如何利用这一理论促进患者的康复等。可见以往的研究主要是集中于探讨此理论的应用,对理论背后更深层次的合理性未有论述。因而本文以马斯洛的需要层次理论入手讨论,通过对比中国哲学家王阳明的思想,从中看出两者的相通性,从而得出马斯洛需要层次理论的合理性,为当今更好地使用这一理论提供坚实的理论基础。Humanistic psychologist Maslow’s theory of five levels of needs is widely used in modern times, and the current research on this psychological theory is also based on many perspectives, such as how to use this theory to better promote the implementation of education;How to use this theory to motivate team members;The guiding role of this theory on rural governance and how to use this theory in medicine to promote the rehabilitation of patients. It can be seen that previous research has mainly focused on the application of this theory, and has not discussed the deeper rationality behind the theory. Therefore, this paper starts with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and by comparing the ideas of Chinese philosopher Wang Yangming, we can see the similarity of the two, so as to conclude the rationality of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, and provide a solid theoretical foundation for better use of this theory today.
