摘 要:文章主要考察大学生“希望”心理品质的影响因素,解释心理弹性在生活满意度与希望品质之间所起的作用。依据认知行为理论,对76名大学生进行问卷调查,研究发现:在控制大学生的性别、年龄、居住地、年级、留守经历等因素后,生活满意度与心理弹性呈显著正相关,且二者都与希望品质呈显著正相关;生活满意度可以通过心理弹性的中介作用对希望品质产生影响。同时,对生活越满意越有利于提升希望品质,提升心理弹性水平可以提高大学生的希望品质。This paper mainly examines the influencing factors of college students’ psychological quality of “hope”, and explains the role of psychological resilience in the relationship between life satisfaction and hope quality. According to the cognitive-behavioral theory, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 76 college students, and the results showed that: After controlling for gender, age, place of residence, grade, left-behind experience and other factors, life satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience, and both were significantly positively correlated with hope quality. Life satisfaction can have an impact on the quality of hope through the mediating role of resilience. The more satisfied they are with life, the more conducive to improving the quality of hope, and improving the level of psychological resilience can improve the quality of hope of college students.
