摘 要:随着数字中国建设进程的不断加快,青少年手机成瘾的现象越来越严重,尤其是农村留守儿童手机成瘾的现象更为严重。本产品“智瘾有我——留守儿童智能手机控制的小程序”,聚焦于“留守儿童智能手机使用过程中高频发生的游戏、短视频成瘾”等社会热点问题,依据榜样效应、说服效应、注意的认知资源理论、斯金纳的强化理论等心理学理论基础与实践操作,逐步实践“认知–动机–行为–方法–强化”的改变路径,旨在改善留守儿童智能手机成瘾问题。本文主要介绍本产品的设计理念以及现有进程,并分析本产品目前存在的问题以及未来展望。With the acceleration of the construction of digital China, the phenomenon of cell phone addiction among young people is becoming more and more serious, especially among left-behind children in rural areas. This product, “Cell Phone Addiction Has Me—WeChat Mini-program to Control the Use of Smartphones by Left-Behind Children”, focuses on the social hotspot problem of game and short video addiction, which occurs frequently in the process of left-behind children’s smartphone use, and aims to improve the problem of left-behind children’s smartphone addiction, based on the psychological theoretical foundations of role modeling effect, persuasion effect, attention to cogni-tive capacity theory, and Skinner’s theory of reinforcement, as well as the practice, by gradually practicing the path of change of “cognition-motivation-behavior-method-reinforcement”. This paper introduces the design concept of this product as well as the existing process, and analyzes the cur-rent problems of this product as well as the future outlook.
