摘  要:新媒体环境下,大学生的信息获取方式、社交模式和娱乐生活都发生了深刻变革,这些转变对他们的心理健康产生了多维度且复杂的影响。当前大学生心理健康问题日益凸显,焦虑、抑郁、自卑、孤独等心理问题呈不断上升趋势,成为不容忽视的社会现象。基于当前高校心理健康教育的现状,大学生心理健康教育存在信息复杂性影响学生的价值取向、网络虚拟环境与现实脱节、教育资源与师资力量弱化等问题,加剧了大学生的心理压力。高校作为培养高素质人才的重要阵地,应当紧跟时代步伐,通过不断创新教育方式方法、加强线上线下结合的心理咨询服务、提升大学生媒介素养、建立心理健康支持体系、加强心理健康教育师资队伍建设等方式促进大学生的心理健康发展,为大学生的全面成长奠定坚实基础。In the new media environment, the information acquisition methods, social patterns, and entertainment life of college students have undergone profound changes, which have multidimensional and complex impacts on their mental health. The mental health problems of current college students are increasingly prominent, with anxiety, depression, inferiority complex, loneliness and other psychological issues showing a continuous upward trend, becoming a social phenomenon that cannot be ignored. Based on the current situation of mental health education in universities, there are problems such as the complexity of information affecting students’ value orientation, the disconnection between online virtual environment and reality, and the weakening of educational resources and teaching staff, which exacerbate the psychological pressure on college students. As an important battlefield for cultivating high-quality talents, universities should keep up with the pace of the times, promote the psychological health development of college students through continuously innovating educational methods, strengthening onlin
