人本主义教育心理观视域下高校思想政治教育的提升路径

摘  要:思想政治教育是高校提升受教育群体思想道德素质的主要方式,“立德树人”是思想道德教育的主要任务。然而,近年来,高校思想政治教育出现了流于形式,僵化的“填鸭式”“灌输式”教学的弊病,这种传统的教育方式偏离了“以人为本”的思想内核,违背了其“人文关怀”的宗旨。罗杰斯的人本主义教育心理观倡导一种以“学生”为中心的非指导性教学,主张将学生培养为全面发展的人,这与思想政治教育的主要目的存在高度契合性。基于此,将罗杰斯人本主义教育心理观中的有益思想融入高校思想政治教育方法中,能为高校思想政治教育的接续性发展提供提升的思路和路径。Ideological and political education is the primary means for universities to enhance the ideological and moral qualities of the educated population, with “cultivating talent through virtue” being the main task of ideological and moral education. However, in recent years, ideological and political education in universities has become formalistic, characterized by rigid “cramming” and “indoctrination” teaching methods. This traditional educational approach deviates from the core idea of “people-orientedness” and violates its principle of “humanistic care”. Rogers’ humanistic educational psychology advocates a student-centered, non-directive teaching approach, advocating for the cultivation of students as fully developed individuals, which highly aligns with the primary purpose of ideological and political education. Based on this, incorporating the beneficial ideas of Rogers’ humanistic educational psychology into the methods of ideological and political education in universities can provide ideas and paths for the continuous development and enhancement of ideological and political education.
