体育教学服务质量对新时代大学生人格的影响研究

摘  要:本文基于埃里克森的人格发展理论,通过文献研究、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对体育教学服务质量对大学生健全人格的问题展开深入分析与讨论,目的是贯彻立德树人根本任务,提高大学生心理教育引导和思想政治教育成效,并藉此凸显普通高校体育教学的价值与功能。研究结果显示,体育教学服务质量对人格影响最大的是:重情 > 严谨 > 活跃 > 随和 > 爽直 > 坚韧 > 利他。场地设施服务对学生人格塑造的影响最大,其次是课程设置服务、教师教学服务、情感交流服务、教学效果服务。Based on Erikson’s personality development theory, this article conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on the impact of physical education teaching service quality on the sound personality of college students through literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods. The purpose is to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and im-proving the effectiveness of psychological education guidance and ideological and political educa-tion for college students, and to highlight the value and function of physical education teaching in ordinary universities. The research results show that the quality of physical education teaching services has the greatest impact on personality: emotional > rigorous > active > easygoing > straightforward > resilient > altruistic. The facilities and services of the venue have the greatest impact on shaping the personality of students, followed by curriculum design services, teacher teaching services, emotional communication services, and teaching effectiveness services.
