摘　　要：约翰·伯格的“观看之道”提出,观看先于言语,要摒弃言语的复杂性,直观地用视觉享受和心灵感受来体验世界,恢复自身对世界的主体性。从这一理论出发,确立了观看主体的身份,而女性主体意识的觉醒也正是在观看行为的发生中不断发生转变,女性能够注意到自身为他者所凝视,又将自我视作凝视的景观,最终才能觉醒成为真正的观者,掌握抵抗凝视的反向权力。John Berger’s “way of seeing” puts forward that seeing precedes speech. And we should abandon the complexity of speech, experience the world intuitively with visual enjoyment and spiritual feeling, thus restoring our subjectivity to the world. Starting with the theory, the identity of the viewing subject is established. And the awakening of female subject consciousness is also changing in the occurrence of watching behavior. Women can notice that they are gazed at by others, and regard themselves as the gazing landscape. Only in the end can they wake up to become real viewers and grasp the reverse power to resist the gaze.
