韩国国家廉政治理体系建设的经验及启示

摘　　要：国家廉政治理体系是国家为实现对国家社会的廉洁治理而设置的一系列制度和程序的总和,亦包括支撑这些制度体系的价值体系。在反腐倡廉方面,韩国通过制度化、法制化的方式,使反腐斗争从运动式反腐的低级阶段,成功过渡到制度式反腐的高级阶段,推进了国家廉政治理体系建设。韩国廉政治理体系建设为我国当前制度反腐提供了许多值得借鉴的经验。The National Integrity Governance System is series of legal systems and proceedings set by the country to eliminate corruption, also including the value system to hold those legal systems. From anti-corruption campaign to legalized systematic anti-corruption, South Korea made a great success in the construction progressing of NIGS. The South Korea’s anti-corruption achieves excellent results, which also provides vital reference to National Integrity Governance and anti-corruption construction in current China.
